TERMINATION

Your paid subscription to AdultFuckFinder.com will continue until you cancel it.   If you wish to cancel your paid subscription, you must use the "Cancel" button on our Members page.   Any cancellation will occur following the previously paid billing period.   There are no refunds of subscription fees.

Note: After canceling your paid subscription, If you no longer wish to have your profile visible to other members, you must delete it.   Free Members may cancel their membership by deleting
their profile.

You agree to indemnify and hold Enjoy The Fantasy, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the services in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms and Condition and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.   Enjoy The Fantasy, Inc. 's failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.

SEVERABILITY & HEADINGS

If any provision herein is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will continue in full force without being impaired or invalidated in any way.   Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section.
